No ebay for you.

I have been banned twice already. One more strike and I'm out. Maybe you would like to be banned for a change. You and that billowy jersey certain like to stir the pot and then Run off when your feelings get hurt...:notamused:

Fell on my bike today. I'm concerned this may hamper stoker enthusiasm. :(

I didn't say banned, I said sequestered in Trollheim with the Internet tough guys where your posts don't count for 5,000.

One might be tempted to infer that in light of recent events. I could just wear long pants 'til the scabs heal, though. ;)

Toupe and Romin were very different for me. I've been on a Toupe for a long time and keep breaking the shells on the Expert model (composite shell/Ti rails). I tried a Romin thinking the slightly beefier center section would hold up better. I could not ride it more than an hour and it caused numbness.

I'm still buying Toupes. The composite shell ones last me ~18 months.. less if I do something like go riding across the desert dodging a crash at the end of a silly bike race. I bought the S-Works as a nice thing to have / treat to myself for my not race bike. It is shaped like the Pro and has a carbon shell. I think it will hold up better and it comes in a fancy box. I think when I break my next Expert one, I'll just suck it up and put one of these on the race bike... my ass likes them, YMMV.

Razoriffic.

WhyFi 03-18-13 05:48 PM

Ah - so it kicks up a little more in the back than the Toupe. Is it a little more curved from side-to-side, too? Looks nice.

I'd rather stay here and talk about the weather in the vol state....Post a picture of your bike or you in that jersey again, something funny...

Exactly...I run it perfectly level and you sit right dowm in it without it pushing you forward....I had the toupe above and it LOOKED awesome! THE END!!!

So does the center around the cut-out flex a little more on the Toupe than the Romin? Numbness is what I'm looking to alleviate...

Same one on the Lynskey..

A line of thunderstorms/rain blew through this afternoon and sadly we are looking at temperatures 15-20 degrees cooler for the next week. Freaking winter will never end.

The boys say the quest for 5000 this week is over...They want to go dwn to the vol state and search for Elvis...Go figure!

The Expert ones flex a good bit. The carbon S-Works does not IME.

For me the Romin flexed less and was just pushing on all the wrong places no matter how I set it up. It's very much a personal thing.

I agree...March is usually a great month here. This year is the worst I can remember.
