Ok, so we've had some hurdles to clear, a couple of bad breaks, etc.

We looked into it. For new construction, it's a no brainer. To retrofit an existing home, not so much. We spent half as much on the HVAC route we chose, got 2/3+ of the energy savings. But geothermal is the way it's going, it's like free energy in the ground.
