WARNING: Some Cycling Content

So at my St. Patsgiving party, I gave away my new DT shifter all 105 bike to my brother, who turns 50 in a few months. This returns me to two bikes, the Cinelli Xperience and a highly modified Felt Brougham single speed. Neither of which is apt for the upcoming 200k brevet I want to do in late April.

I will have to covet and rue quickly, and perchance make a hasty decision on a new build.

EDIT: typo

125 miles? I suggest a Yamaha.

Are they roadkill? Shot by hunters? A couple years ago a coyote took a small dog here, in the middle of the day.

I'm not sure what happened to them. I didn't get close enough to perform an autopsy. I did not, however, see any sign of anvils. giant sling shots or rocket sleds.

Well done, RollCNY. You'll make the right decision regarding a bike.

I recommend a side shot of wife #4 as post 1,000. Just saying.

Post #1,000 deserves a trip to the beach.

I am not coveting.

I am not ruing.

WhyFi 03-28-13 12:37 PM

It's 39 degrees and sunny - why wouldn't I be wearing a t-shirt outside?

It happened long before that. What's your point?

especially since both have been topics multiple times in the past. this thread has deja vu every iteration.

I don't know how well that would work here. How flexible are the pipes in the ground, and connecting to the house? Do they like earthquakes?

The pipes are pretty flexy (PEX, maybe?) but the bore hole (hundreds of feet deep) is typically filled in with cement to surround the pipes and improve heat transmission.

The pipes are very flexible and supposedly ok. Your problem could be the liquid hot magma.

@ TR
I don't know what you're doing around here, you should be spending your free time out there fixing whatever is wrong with that relationship. lol

Unfortunately, yes... most of Florida is still too prudish about toplessness.

RT 03-28-13 01:49 PM

Tampa, please work on your next relationship so that post 2,000 can be as sweet. If that's even possible.

Maybe I should be your wing man, although beardy, cranky retrogrouches would scare the purty ones away.
