Those idiots overbuilt Atlanta to the point that they'll be up a (dry) creek if we ever have a prolonged drought, and now they're scrambling to do something about it.

In the extremely unlikely event that they ever won a judicial contest regarding the border, I say we simply divert the Tennessee River a mile further north. If they want their 6% of the water so badly, they can dam it up before it reaches Tennessee.

Incidentally, the century ride where I took this picture goes right through the disputed territory, just a bit downstream from here.
