I have owned several cars with fog lamps, and not once did they help me, not even in fog. In fact, brights + snow or fog is about the worst thing you can do to see better.

Effing idiots.

Fog lamps are utterly useless. I have them on my current car, I've had them on several cars. What a waste of lumens.

What??? I couldn't quite hear you over the hum of 5 million candlepower bulb filaments.

We have those same idiots down here, in their swamp buggies.

I have keo 2 max on my other bike....I just looked at the PBK website and they now have Keo 2 max composite, Keo 2 max carbon, and keo 2 blade carbon all in my price range. They also have Keo Blade Ti Carbon but that's a bit over my price range ($100-ish)

I suppose all will do but anyone have a strong recommendation??

Have you checked Ribble? Their SPRING10 (10%off) sale ends today.

Thanks, I will investigate.

My limey friend Keith told me the pound is kinda weak these days which makes the UK schwag sites even more attractive.

BTW I told my wife that if I ever kick the bucket, give all my bike schwag to Keith. He's almost my size so I think he can put the bikes, tools, and other gear to good use.

I converted my headlights and fog lights to HID. Much better.

Went with 35w, not 50w. Haven't had headlights flashed at me yet. The hid's work great in the CT200h.

Put it to the test, stick it on hot or not and let's find out for sure !

wonderful client meeting today. If I get busy sooner than I expect, how will addiction handle my less frequent postings?

Oh yes it is. You claim to have a new bike coming but somehow never shows up for a month. Things are very much same!

And you call yourself a medical professional.

You never know. That's why I have life insurance.

Appreciate every day (and every ride) for the gift it is. It can be taken away suddenly. I hope not anytime soon, but no one gets out of here alive.

Her dog needs to go to the vet so she can't do Wednesday, and she's busy all weekend. We set a running date for next Sunday, which should be good, but she is crazy busy and I'm not sure I can be happy with that. At least in six weeks she'll be finished with some of her stuff, but dating doesn't seem important to her. So, need to keep searching, at least for now.

Which sucks.

Sometimes it's great... but when you find someone you like, and she seems to like you, but stupid little things keep happening... it sucks. A lot.

How many dates have you had with her? Don't expect her to make you a priority this early, and you shouldn't make any woman your priority this early. Enjoy your time with her when you see her... and enjoy your time with others when you see them. If the time is not enjoyable, move on.

The situation reminded me of many years ago when I had a near-death flu . . . a really bad one. And in utter disbelief (and desperation) I uttered "But you're a doctor, what about the hippocratic oath?"

Good times.

This sounds like it came from a Vince Vaughan movie. Quality laffs - now, not then ;)
