Cold winter, I guess.

Could you sketch a BF family tree, VV?

Prince broke the Roots' guitarists' 1961 Epiphone and I guess it's making a big stink...

Still no decision on a new frame. :(

RollCNY 03-08-13 10:19 AM

Tomorrow is the shake down cruise on the new bike. I imagine I will be home frame shopping my 3 pm.

RJ used to be our chief archivist.

He's been distracted lately.

This needs bumping periodically.

Don't hate the messenger, hate the game.

Hope you have more luck than me. I just can't make a decision. I found one hell of a deal on Ridley Excalibur at CC. I may have to go that route.

That is the frame that is on the very top of my "do not need to buy" list. I just can't decide if I shouldn't buy it with full Rival and Reynolds wheels for $1700, or not build it up with Campy Centaur and Scirrocco wheels for $1900. It is so difficult to decide what not to do.

RollCNY 03-08-13 10:44 AM

I honestly can't see me getting rid of my Cinelli Xperience, but I have about $1800 in it, and to get the Ridley for essentially the same money is mind boggling to me.

Edit: As reference, my new winter build was $420, $470 after my "I broke a steel fork" debacle.

She has that look on her face that when she's done with you, she might kill you! I think it may be worth it:-)

Yeah, they should name her show something about "widow", or something like that. I don't know why they hadn't already thought of it.

Or that....

LowCel 03-08-13 11:41 AM

I've had my CX-1 for around 2 1/2 years. That is the longest I have ever kept my primary bike.

rjones28 03-08-13 11:48 AM

I'm way behind on lifetime bike purchases.
