Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Bikes: See my sig...

I was getting excited there for a bit... got my touring bike's new wheels built and installed, upgraded my commuter with some nice bits and even got in a nice ride with that and then it starts snowing and getting cold again.

Someone is gonna get a hurt...

I am so sick of winter I don't even care anymore, I've been out all week one day for 3 hours in 30-35F with a strong NW wind. Next week its supposed to get back to highs in the 30's again. At least I don't live in sasquatchecan like a hoser, what the balls!

I think its almost over here.

Mostly sunny. Highs around 80 on the west side of the valley...82 to 85 on the east side. Southwest wind under 10 mph.

Same thing happened here. Looked like spring was here, so I overhauled the all-weather bike (the steel one with fenders/lights), then we promptly got a final blizzard, so it now has mud splattered on it.

Bikes: are better than yours.

Rode in snow yesterday, rain today. That's improvement.
