Alright, let's have a roll call here. The finishers so far: Chris L, Outashape, Gojohnnygo (have I missed anybody?). Who's still alive? who's close? Who has miles to go?

Yuk.... The high winds are still blowing, Almost blown off my hybrid bike commuting to work this morning,so there is no way I can get out on the road bike this afternoon and to make matters even worse I made a typing error on my mileage (nothing new for me, lol.) Im at 1,784 a hundred less than my above post
Thats 326 miles still to cover in 2 weeks. DIE WIND,DIE!!!!!!

After a century ride this weekend (Seagull Century) I am currently at 1996.05 miles, which puts me close to finishing stage 18. So, 13 days left and under 133 miles left to go. Since I'm averaging 125 to 150 per week, I don't see any problems with finishing this challenge.
Hopefully the little "procedure" I have planned at the doctors office tomorrow doesn't keep me off the bike too long. Worst case, I'll just take two days and crank it out.

Even when the finishing date comes I will still keep going so I hope you keep this thread open, Chris? I am not too far off.

I'll keep the thread open, but I'll unstick it. Too many sticky's on a forum display can be a little unsightly. There's still a few days to go yet, so you still have a chance to finish within the closing time.

Well it's the last day and I wasn't able to get out today to finish the challenge. I was off the bike for little over a week due to the flu, so I think I would have finished it had that not happened. In the end I came in with 2082.47 miles, which is 46.01 miles short of the finish.
Oh well, gave it a good shot. That week off really hurt me.j
Can't wait to hear what the next challenge will be.

The next challenge will be up in a week or so. I haven't had time to put it together due to final preparations for a CPA exam next week. We seem to have a couple of people close to finishing. Who votes to extend this challenge for another week?

Next year we can work as a team and beat Chris L.
Anybody else close to Finishing?

To every one who took this challenge. You're right. Thanks for the reminder -- I've been a little sidetracked with other things lately. If I get time this weekend i'll put the next challenge up.
