Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I've had mine for about a year and love 'em. Met the guys at Chrome when I was in San Fran, and they are just great. Makes you feel good about the company, and sporting their gear.

Bump.

Any updates from long term owners? I'm thinking about buying this week.

Geeze, this makes me want a pair so much more, but being in high school and not having a job, well you've all been there I assume.

I like the mustardy brown ones more than the grey ones. Why not buy both?!

Before I sprung for the pants, a nice chrome bag is in order, makes more sense for me. Anyone tell me if popping for the metropolis or citizen is worth it? Maybe x-mas.

Sorry for hijacking the thread, same company I suppose.
