I think the Kona is my new fave. Ragardless....I like all these companies coming out

to stay competitive everyone benefits.

From the C'dale website the geo is the same of their road bikes with a BB drop of 7.2 cm, quite high for a fixed gear for street use

the high bb was really meant for the steep embankment of velodrome tracks, the low bb featured on the capo, and langster is designed for street use in mind, for it yields a more comfortable road biased geometry more like a geared road bike.

It's light, and seemed to jump pretty good when I hammered (even on platform pedals.)
If it were available as a frameset, I'd probably dump my Mark V for it.

I looked at both the langster and capo today, and the capo felt a bit heavier. Both of them felt too heavy for aluminum. But thats just me. After riding a crazy stiff aluminum mountain bike, i can't imagine going back after riding steel. I also looked at a cdale la grange. Holy crap, that thing is super light. and very drool worthy. it was even my size.

the capo is the exact same major taylor track frame that cannondale has sold for years. the complete bike isn't bad, but the cranks need an instant upgrade. the chainrings are junk, and rather elipitical. the reason that so many people are confused about wether it is fixed/free or free/free is because the guys putting the bikes together have been installing the freewheel on the wrong side. it is definitely a fixed/free rear wheel (formula hubs). overall, it is a much better bike that the langster, and the 07 langster is ugly. they changed out a few things, but they downgraded the gearing to 42X16 and put a fugly aluminium fork on it. they still haven't fixed the biggest problem with that bike, those crappy hubs.
