Looking for my first fixed gear, and I do like older bikes, but this seems like it might be too much for this bike?

Naw, the wheels aren't bad. It's just a cool frame with a bunch of random crap on it. The moustache bars, modern brakes and modern seat, that wierd (colnago panto'd?) stem, double bottle cages, too much junk. Needs to be stripped down and made classic again.
