Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Over the past 15 months or so I've bookmarked my fav bikes on fgg and velospace. Looking back at them not a single one has risers. ::duck and run::

how much rise and sweep are you guys running? i'm looking at a set of bars that come in 45, 55, and 70mm rise. also, the 45s have 24 degrees of sweep, the 55s have 40, and the 70s have 50. seems like 55mm would be the best option, since it's in between, but i wanted to get some other opinions.
