I like the coordination with the oury's, schwinn logo, straps, and electrical cord in the photo. Very understated!

On a related note:
Can someone find me a link to orange riser bars? I know I've seen em before (at least one BMX-ish companny makes em, i think the same guys who make white ones) but I can't find it on googlifier or the search here right now.

so i understand the pros and cons with bullhorns/drops/risers.

other than the rise, do flatbars feel about the same on a ride as risers?

I tend to ride in the bend and my fingers reach it no problem.

I just ordered a pair of Profile FR risers on blowout at Jenson USA (I've been using an old school pair of Zoom Brahma Bars). No pics yet because they are still in the mail. Funny, I didn't see this thread until after I ordered them.

So is anyone cutting them shorter or leaving them full length?

mykrrrr 07-17-07 05:58 AM

I cut mine down like 3 inches off each side and they're still giant compared to what some people run.

Thanks. For an inexpensive frame it rides rather well.
