All decent people agree police brutality is wrong. We're talking here about a fellow bicycle rider who knowingly caused a taxpayer-owned vehicle to be damaged.

I don't know about you high & mighty folks.. but I always laugh when a bad driver ****s up his ride. Why should I find it any less amusing when it's a cop acting like a dick? The guy couldn't afford a car, you really think he was paying property taxes to the municipality?
