QR = locking strategy. I still have the track axle from the hub ;) It's easier for me to lock both wheels with one lock if I pop the front off... makes for less carrying of crap.

ahh i see, i see. i would go for the locking skewers, i know one day id get lazy and not lock the front and then i'd be in trouble!

a better picture of my bike. of course this has nothing on the beautiful keirins, but it's my first fixed and I'm loving it. a front wheel is currently being built, matching mavic rim, high flange paul hub. changing to a 3T mutant stem and considering some riser bars for a change.
