and that's wack. "custom built" that means that the frame was custom fabricated. We all use the word "build" (or it's past tense) to describe the process of assembling a bicycle. If this person walked into NYC bikes and picked componentry off the shelf and had them assemble it, then it is "custom built" by practically anyone's standards, except apparently jim-bob's. |
