Sweet ride, BAC, is that an ENO? I like the bar set up position; not a lot of saddle drop.
Fixed or SS?

bostontrevor 03-13-05 08:36 AM

bac, looking good. Hell, you get points in my book just for having that Ritchey frame!

Yup, it's the ENO hub. The thing looks awesome! As soon as I get some time on the bike I'll know if it performs as well as it looks! :) It's set-up as a ss (44x16) for now. I'm going to play around with gear-ratios, and then most probably fix it.

A buddy of mine just bought a new Litespeed, and this was his old rig. He was looking to sell, and I was looking to buy. I only have one short ride on this scoot, but now I know why everyone loves these frames. It's smooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooth, and handles like a dream!

I'm one lucky dude. :D

sohi 03-13-05 10:47 AM

thats my new one so far. not fully tricked out but rideable. and its rides heavenly.
so much smoother than my slx steel frame. magic carpet....

not pressuring you or anything, but you gotta get a Ti fork, Stat! (or at least paint it black)
truly beautiful though. I bet you're hoping all sorts of people are going to stop you on the street and ask you about it! I sure would.

HereNT 03-13-05 11:20 AM

Here's a couple of updated pics since I've replaced a bunch of stuff since last summer. I'm debating on switching out the celeste tape for black - it matches the paint, but the tires match the decals. I'll probably wait until I get it all covered in grease next time I do any work on the bike...

HereNT,

Like the color combo, especially the rear triangle with the front main. I think the fork sets it off.

My newest ride, all copper all color coordination hell yah! It's a pretty bumpy ride and the wheels are about as strong as melted cheese and hard as hell to true but it's light as a feather. Weight weinie this!

mourges 03-13-05 03:56 PM

Sohi,

What is the stem you are running on that? Beautiful looking bike.

BostonFixed 03-13-05 04:18 PM

No fair withnail, I see a derailleur on that bike! :p
A couple of summers ago I bought some very similar wire bikes while in thailand. Except that mine are SS!

Yah that's my next mod once I get some $$$

ch0mb0 03-13-05 04:48 PM

I've decided to start taking pics of ones I see on the street. There's always quite a few to be seen around here (usually when I don't have my camera)

unknown Peugeot SS/F in the East Village:

Very nice, Tomity! I like the attention to detail, and admire your work!
The way it's constructed makes it look like it has a 3-D profile.
