Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I think I'm done with my bucket:

I was hoping I was gonna leave this as a cheap commuter, but my dumbass changed things up. Oh well, I love 'em especially the suede saddle, bar tape and straps.

I normally have clipless pedals, but I switched back to clips and straps for an alleycat and haven't switched back quite yet. I put a brake on, I'd rather have a silver/polished brake and a white cable but this was laying around so I was good. My spray painted rim isn't gonna be looking too hot after some braking.

No worries, no kittens were harmed during this build. Plus, I might decide to hang gears on it some day if I run across a reasonably priced Campy group...

Though originally my track bike, this Bareknuckle has taken over street use upon the theft of my DeBernardi. This is what it looks like now. I figure it's an excuse to get an aluminum frame in the late winter for track season.

he has 2 bimmers. so he has 6 extra tires for each car. One set for the track or adverse weather conditions for both cars, and then a spare for each wheelset. Is that right?

he has three different sets based on the looks of the tire tread. I'm guessing two extra sets for the newer one, and one extra for the older one?

Two more to clear up any confusion. I'll let the pictures do all the talking.

Older picture. Bone Stock T1 minus the tires

'06 Fuji Track Pro (Sold to pickup a Pinarello plus it was UGLY)

If you're still confused: There are 3 sets of tires for the E46 330i (2 on the rack; summer and winter sets), 2 sets of tires for the 2002tii (one on the rack; summer set) and 1 set for the E39 540i

are you posting pictures of those bikes...or are you just showing off your cars?

if the latter, that's rather tacky.

whenever kmoy2002 posts pictures of his bikes (in the past and his primary post above), his shiny BMWs are always in the pictures. and we always end up talking about his BMWs.
