I think toe cages are the worst thing ever. I ride clipless on my street bike and single strap on platforms on my fixed. I hate riding toe cages with a passion.

For me spinning class is track bike on rollers.

why would u ever spinning class unless u live in a horrible climate and even then why not just trainer/rollers at home

and you sweat so hard, and they are easily 20rpm lower than i want to be for any given resistance. and it's just. not. fun.
