well you can buy it to try it
and then realize it's a heavy piece of crap and you wouldn't ever want one
so really, you'd be saving a ton of money...

Saving money yes. In hospital bills for riding fractured carbone.
Today I realized school had officially started after being buzzed by a school bus. Oh, summer.

Today I started packing for going back to college. While I was packing up all my old tony hawk games I wondered something. Why has nobody made a fixed gear video game? They had skating, snowboarding, downhill mtb, and even razor scooter games for crying out loud. I want combo points for mad skidz and reputation multiplier for riding brakeless!!

Today while riding, I met a guy who had a Republic bike he got from Urban Outfitters. Thing is, he also had a Brooks saddle, Thompson post, and Cinelli bullhorns on it. I laughed out loud and rode away. Also, I tried the "after a long ride drink choco milk" thing. Seems pretty legit so far. Thanks, Carelton.
:EDIT: Choco milk is good, but I still prefer beer.

Goood luck!
Man, French would've killed that race if Bernard had just swam on the other side of the lane.

The milk helps your muscles grow and recover. Plus it tastes good.

I find myself back in the bay area for a few weeks; work related through. Bike wise, it's totally like having a secret second family of bikes to cheat with on the others.
It's been such a long time since I have last rode my pista concept and vigorelli.
Which I only happen to have only one pair of ready wheels between the two; my shamals. I think this is a good time to pull out my long shelved ellipses and see what's going on with them.

Setup was from 725, didn't want to unwrap and re position the brakes until I got home. On the list of things to tackle tonight.
I should say, I hastely setup the 725 with the newtons + Tektros just to try it out. Realized the whole bike just didn't fit no matter where the brakes were.
So far so good. I'm only 5 miles into it tho, but it definitely feels lively and fits me much better. Imma take it on a longer ride this Saturday.
