Today I ran my bike/car into my garage :(

My neighbor's dog was chasing my car and I wasn't thinking about having my bike on the roof rack. It made a horrible sound. I ended up breaking the front crossbar on my rack but luckily it did no damage to the body of the car or my bike other than a few scuffs on the brake levers and handlebars. Luckily I was able to swap some parts around and get the racks back together with the help of some new holes and wire ties. I don't know what I would've done if the damage had been worse since I'm moving back to Spokane this weekend. Just glad it didn't bend the frame of my bike or drop the rack on the roof with enough force to dent it.

Woke up with a hangover, went and ran 4 miles to get rid of the hangover, went to work and got some OT, now surfing the web.

Today I watched a beautiful scene unfold before me in which a typical construction/landscaper dickhead in a giant pickup truck decided to completely ignore the yield sign at the bottom of a highway off-ramp and straight up T-boned a lady in a Lexus SUV, pushing her into an oncoming car on the other side of the road. All three drivers were on the phone.

^that makes me smile

Today I saw a sweet McDonalds colored fixie on the bike rack on my way to work.

They had skating, snowboarding, downhill mtb, and even razor scooter games for crying out loud. I want combo points for mad skidz and reputation multiplier for riding brakeless!!

Cell phones suck.

Today I am kicking back and watching one of the worst movies ever.

"Fatal Rescue".

Seems like all the characters are both ******** and idiots.

Looks good Alex!

Thank you.

Today I:
Plan on investing in the headset removal tool and making my own headset press and doing a dance with a few frames.

I'd consider making my own headset removal tool, but I'm dealing with king headsets and I'd rather have something that I know will work vs a project of which I don't have the tools to make.

im an audi tech and a coworker blasted 2 crabon roadies[one was a BH and one was a madone] through our overhead door as he was pulling into the shop without waiting for the door to go all the way open. both bikes were destroyed completely and the racks damaged the roof of the S4 avant he was driving. total damage[bikes/racks/bodywork/overhead door] came to +$20000. amazingly he is still employed.

Lucce and Amore are 5 and 9 year old Indian Ringneck Parakeets... they seem to be pretty happy in the new digs and have just settled in for the night after some soothing crooning from Dean Martin.

Funny that their owner did not know who Dean Martin was.

Maybe I am getting old.

Today I crashed pretty hard on my SS. I wear my helmet 75% of the time and as fate would have it; I wasn't wearing it tonight. Lots of bloody hair, a sore knee, and a huge amount of road rash on my back. I'm still pretty surprised I don't have a concussion!
