No more clicking and popping is worth it. Square taper > GXPoop.

Indeed, sound advice. I have cleaned it up and there appears to be only 1 sign of a stress fracture near the head tube.

But with the Zen ring and 75's, I think it was a good deal. If this ride lasts me 1 year, I will be plenty happy. My current rate of "frame swapping" is 1 year

As for "that lifestlye" you are SPOT on! Apparently the bro who sold it to me was hanging out with Macaframa in San Fran. He said that his particular frame was in a edit. So, now I have to go back and watch all Macaframa videos

EDIT: Also, I am pretty sure that this frame is still under warranty??

I got my 75 grand mighty's for practically free... I mean I payed $300 for the bike, and already got $150 back from the wheelset, and I'm definitely happy with the frame.... but I don't think I'll be riding the grand mighty's anytime soon. Still undecided what to do with them

I finally took out my BB and regreased it so now that wretched creak is gone. Also, I'm looking at getting some new cranks. I want something nice than the Pake ones I've got now but I have a pretty limited budget is the only thing. Being able to be ordered from QBP or J&B would be a major plus too.

I finally rode my bike today after so long.

Went to the Korean store for 5 boxes of seaweed, then the lady hooked me up with two giant rolls of sushi for free because they were closing and she was going to eat the third.

Lady hooks me up all the time.

Tonight, I went for a ride to "Dirty Franks" (a hot dog and beer place in downtown columbus) on the new bike. Unfortunately, it started to rain really hard. So my only experience on the new bike so far is with rain.

LOVED IT

Move to Oregon, that would be your only experience all year give or take two weeks.

Bikes: looks like a specialized crux now

i got a job today delivering stuff on my bike. Which is great except for the fact i broke my shoulder blade on the way home from the job. bruised a lung. and may need a pin and surgery. they are keeping me overnight.

Heh, that's for being a bay area native for yeah.

Sorry to bring the bad news but, warranty was voided when the bike first transferred hands (chances are his not the first owner); yeah that's the bike world for you right there.
