Today some friends and I biked to Greenbluff (a small fair put on by local orchards and farmers). A gallon of fresh pressed honey crisp apple cider and 3 dozen home made pumpkin donuts gave us energy for the ride back :D

WTF ALMOST 2K FOR WOODEN NAUTICAL FLAGS WTF WTF WTF

Supplementing units sold/ made with inflated price to make a profit...
They're decently sized, painted and made out of wood nonetheless; those would be nice nonetheless with the right interior decor. You can always make them yourselves to avoid the laziness fee.

The problem I have is the price... and how lazy one would have to be to not want to spend 3 hours painting $50 worth of wood.

yeah. this was like the very very first project we did in a class once. wood, paint, tape. $30 of supplies and 3 hours of work if you buy very good supplies and really really take your time

this one is definitely the most amazing

For real, switching to Arione from my plastic Kashimax I was like "Whaaaat?" The comfort was almost uncomfortable because I wasn't used to being comfortable.

Today I- Tried to buy a Cannondale mtb on craigslist but missed out because someone replied before me. It was a Delta V 500 for $75 FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

hamfoh 10-16-11 12:05 AM

today I agreed to meet up with a guy in Tomball (like 35 miles outside of Houston) to buy an old centurion. He had a guy coming out at noon and I told him I'd come out at 9am instead. sry

I left for Denny's two hours ago because I was ****ing hungry. Lady gave me two milkshakes for the price of one, could barely finish the second along with all the food I ate, then I rode my happy ass back. The cops on base shot the **** with me, talking to me about my bike. They all lifted it to see how light it was, lololol. Turns out, one of their sisters is a triathlete, so he was telling me about her full cf bike. Older dude had never seen a fixed gear before, so he was amazed. Cops here on base are pretty cool if you are not being pulled over or not being apprehended for doing dumb ****.

Then, my old roommate came out of his new room to tell me shut the **** up for running up the stairs in my cycling shoes.

hamfoh 10-16-11 05:48 AM

heh everyone wants to pick fixed gears up to feel how much they weigh. what's that about? I never went around picking up people's bikes when I had gears.
