Bike Forums - Today I:

About 30 minutes ago I encountered a rollerblader on the short bike path running through Salem, MA - he wasn't your typical awkward fruit-booter but and uber-serious, macho speed skater-type fool wearing a skin-tight outfit, an aero helmet and those really long skates - and he was coming straight at me, taking up the whole path while swinging his arms wildly like he was going 110 mph. He yelled "Move!" from a distance, which I ignored. A few seconds later, he yelled "I'm not moving, YOU'RE going to move!"

The person with the closest guess of what happened next gets a free sticker pack. :D

It happened way too fast. The funniest part is that I honestly didn't intend to actually clothesline him. After he yelled "I'm not moving, YOU'RE going to move!", I yelled back "WRONG!" and held my arm up just to mess with him. Before I knew it, this fool skated right into my arm and sent himself flying. He yelled an impressive series of bad words and I just kept going.

would have been more epic had he done a flip and landed and just kept going. I rarely encounter rollerbladers, but I did once run through a pack of the roller derby girls... no complaints with them :-D
