I realized today that I'm making terrible decisions that affect other people, and I need to change that. The problem with it is that one of the people involved enjoys my bad decisions as much as I do, until the next day when we both realize we ****ed up.

I also realized that I have gotten about 20 hours of sleep in the past week, and I don't remember the last day I didn't drink booze. Tonight's agenda, clean my house, nap, watch tv, and drink water. Time for a little bit of restful detox...

Life in the fast lane - surely make you lose your mind. I hope things start getting better for you and yours jimmy. Sounds rough man .

Today Spokane is still in a warm/dry spell contrary to what weather reports have predicted. I've been able to ride the rush way more than I'd thought.

30 min hard pace on the rollers.

then beat Week 6 Day 3 of the "100 Pushups" program: 30sec rest periods w/ sets of 20/17/15/14/42minimum (did 60). two days rest and i should theoretically be able to do 100 non-stop.

no tv tonight, my guilty pleasure "Two Broke Girls" is a repeat. the hotness of Kat Dennings will have to wait:

I wish I could do push us, but I have that stupid clicking in my elbows that make it a bit uncomfortable, I resort to weight lifting.

And damn, I saw one episode and I liked it. It's pretty funny, but man does she need a tan lol.

The pale-ness looks good on her. Not every one needs a tan!

Agreed, she does look "fine" but Twilight killed it for me.

Today I rode with my new Pearl Izumi softshell gloves. Not as warm as I hoped but definitely makes a huge difference. Paired with my Calv jacket from Retrogression, it makes me appreciate both a LOT more.

I laid down for a two hour nap and woke up 6.5 hours later. Oops. Thanks for the kind words. Yeah, my name is Bryan. Jimmy Tango is a reference to a song that was playing when I made my account. Kat Dennings is pretty cute, and she's actually exactly my type physically. I love petite chicks with long dark hair and pale skin.

Worked a closing shift to help pay for all the bike **** I've been buying. Getting pretty close to winning my frame on ebay as well

Today I sat down in le coffee shop to do homework and thought to myself "I'll probably just end up on bikeforums for an hour before I start my homework." Fast forward an hour to now. Checked the syllabus and I don't have any homework!!

Today I had a good road ride, managed to time it just right and wasn't rained on.

Put a new cartridge BB in my Miyata and pieced together a loose ball BB for the '74 Peugeot townie project (French cups, Japanese (probably) spindle). Good to go.

I got one step closer to tipping my bike over the 100lb line when I went out for groceries. I will just go buy cases of beer next time, water is heavy

Today I used a pressure washer outside in they shade in 25 degree weather, because our pizza ovens needed to be cleaned. As a reward for heaving the cold, my boss took the crew to Hot Doug's (best hot dogs/sausages in the ****ing world). Then I came home, napped, and had a fight with my wife about something ridiculous. Later, karaoke and drinking the pain away...

Today my Leader 722ts came in.... sorta...

No gold, so it came in black, and it's sitting in Jandro's office because I didn't have it delivered to my house (nobody to sign for it). He lives in the city and works in the south bay, while I live in the south bay and work in the city. lolz.

I'm not sure I would wait in that line again, though (and I got there before it even opened).
