She was apologetic. It happened in a really weird spot where I was coming up over a hill while curving to the right as she was pulling out of a side street. She said she didn't see me and it was pretty easy to believe after assessing the situation. I was surprisingly pretty chill throughout the whole thing.

At that big of a discount, you'd likely be moving into a place much MUCH cheaper than the one you are in now, or moving into an apartment that is significantly more ****** than the one you are in now. If the cost is less than or equal to what you are paying, this would be a no-brainer to me.

You could just ride somewhere else before/after work.

i moved my studio back home last fall.. and the ride to and from the studio was a huge part of my riding fun.
now i ride even more (since i have more free time (SINCE NO HAVE TO GOTO SOMEPLACE FOR WORK))

Fixed my post for uuuuuuuu!!!

Today I made dinner specials. Salmon cured in Johnny Walker Black served with a Laphroig orange and mascarpone sauce with pickled red onions, Scotch eggs wrapped in Merguez with buttermilk panna cotta and chive oil, and a country pate studded with smoked pistachios served with cranberry gin compote and dried sour kumquats. Awesome.

Today I'm drinking Steel Reserve for the first time in 10 years. Kinda nice TBH.

I started grading the first set of homeworks for a fluid mechanics class. What is wrong with some of these kids...??

Today in my Chem lab, someone knocked a bottle of K pellets, prolly a quarter kilo, into the sink....... fire was cool.

No, by the time the route took the last hook through my neighborhood, it was already 10:50. I thought about going all the way through Valencia, but it would be to the Mission, and that would be pointless since I couldn't go to Zeitgeist anyway. Instead, I cut off after the Sunset.

It was cool seeing the legendary muckybrake in person, by the way.
