Bikes: 49cm Pake Steel Track 2010

Today my garage caught fire. Came home and smelled smoke, but it smelled like a camp fire and like someone was making s'mores. So I went into my house and had something to eat, played my drums from a bit and then I noticed that the smell was getting worse. I checked the stove and all that, and then I started hear little explosions in my garage. I looked outside and saw that there was smoke coming out of the door, so I called the the fire department. Had 5 fire trucks here. They tore down the garage door with a circular saw (it was pretty cool to watch, if I do say so.. shh..). Most of our bikes are beat up either from the fire/smoke or from the firemen getting them out of the way to put out the fire. They said it started from inside a bucket where my dad had all his car cleaning stuff. They said something must have soaked into a rag and mixed with some other chemicals and combusted. It turns out the s'mores I was smelling was my dad's A&W Root Beer burning away, haha. Good thing the fire was caught quick, because it didn't reach the 110 octane gas we had in the corner or my RC car racing fuel. But the insurance company took my bikes

So [yesterday] at practice a kid who I have ridden with before over the summer decided to join the cycling team. He showed up in gym shorts and a 20+ pound road bike with worn-down tires. He then proceeded to hang on to my coaches wheel for 15 minutes at 23 mph. He was the only kid on our team who could do it.

I love it when a guy with ****** gear, an open mind, and a positive shows up and kicks butt.

Bikes: everywhere

That's pretty rad, except for the wasted tires bit. Don't wanna follow him too close in the paceline.

As I... okay, let's be honest here, I did something to provoke this. Karma's a *****. And the lasting taste of onion in your mouth just adds insult to the injury.

Anyhow, she knows me like a book, there was only 1 onion in the batch and it was the largest one; knowing I always take the largest portion, I voluntarily fell into her trap.

today I got a ticket, along with 3 other people in my group, for going through an empty redlight.

i didn't have my ID on me, but I remembered my license number, which I thought would help me... nope, ticket. I was hoping he was just making sure I didn't have priors.

gave me the bicycles want to be part of the road but don't respect the road speech. funny how I'm only treated like a car when I do something wrong

I KNOW I'm at fault, what I did was stupid, but F()#@*)(@k, don't be afraid to give me a warning.

he's the same guy who tries to find out where CM is going. I've seen him arrest 3 people since October.

He gave an entire bike shop ride tickets yesterday, he was able to tell us, as he wrote ours

I don't think I'm going to buy another macbook anything. It sure is pretty, but I'm not really impressed the quality of the computer itself. All laptops nowadays are made using the exam same parts, no point in paying the apple tax.

https://www.bestbuy.com/site/Toshiba+...&skuId=3868228

That is most likely the winner in my book. Its spec'd similarly to the cheapest mbp, but about 400 dollars cheaper and has a SSD, which is good since I carry this thing around everywhere.

and for the record... ubuntu>mac osx>windows

Ultrabooks.... me gusta. All that's missing is the convenience of numerous easily accessible outlets that serve as friendly retail, service, and repair...

Seriously, what do you do when something within your ultrabook goes bad? Laptops are hard to work on as is...
