today (last night) - I emailed back a guy who had contacted me due to a "wanted" ad I had on craigslist looking for a road bike. He told me what he had, gave me a price and one picture. I asked for more detailed pictures (it was a repainted Merckx *apparently*, but when I wanted pics he ignored me) and never heard back
I emailed him to remind him I wanted to give him money and he says now maybe I can meet up with him and 'make him an offer' but is not desperate to sell - who are these people and how do they find me |
so far, everytime I have tried to sell something on CL I get the biggest 'tards come in contact with me.

Thanks for the invite. This was the perfect way to break in / adjust to my new bike. Judging from that last pic I need to pump my tires! |

I had a blast. Maybe I'll try and do a Style 2 ride next time. |
I just finished three of the largest pancakes I've ever had.

Today, I have no idea how I'm going to live this down but I've come to that realization that I misplaced my catlike on a college campus. I checked all the lecture halls I was at and the office & lounge and it's no where. By god, I hope karma is on my side. :notamused:

It was the third time I have seen them and the first time at an inside venue. Their music has really progressed (I guess that is the right word) since I last saw them in 2009. It was very good but they sound better outside.
If anyone has the chance go check them out, you won't be disappointed. |

Yeah I get financial aid so it's more like 10K. And Berkeley is a pos. It's overpriced, the classes suck, and I'd say that the people here are generally uptight and full of douchbaggity.

the ones they just released in the last week, right? have you tried the classic bibs at all?
chuckles at the boss tecate cap too. I haven't tried the classics, yet. I have a pair of the older pro team bibs - I like these better. They reused the chamois from the new classic bibs (and the 3/4 cross bibs - which I do have) and I think that was a good idea. The segmented one on the older pro team bibs isn't as comfortable as this one - though still better than any other bibs I've owned. |

Was looking to buy a carbon fork and ended up buying a new bike frame and fork for not much more. A sparkly purple Pake and a lugged tange infinity fork.

Today was a killer session at the pumptrack/dj's.

In response to having to sit through a long boring Passover sedar I ate a couple cured ham and cheese sandwiches.

OYSTER POINT TRAIL!!!! The bane of my existence. I know that trail all too well. Starting from Brisbane down to San Mateo if not further you can take that trail ish. And some side streets.

today i got my replacement bike for my cracked raleigh clubman frame
raleigh and recycled cycles hooked me up with a '12 port townsend http://distilleryimage8.instagram.co...3815112c_7.jpg |
Date night with the wife. First one in too long, and one of the first steps in rebuilding our relationship. Early dinner at the restaurant I'm working at now, shopping, bowling, and now karaoke. When I got to the karaoke bar they had dome Mexican velodrome racing on TV and I was stoked. Then they put soccer on. Lame.

Today I drove home with my brother, fixed my super sweet cruiser bike, drank beer, ate food, and threw knives. |

+1. Sounds like you're doing the right thing Brian. Hope things are on the up and up. |
Gets better every day. I mean, it couldn't get much worse so I guess it had to get better, right?
