Good. It's a better headset.

A kid I know has one of the Origin 8 Technoglide knockoffs and for whatever reason, it needs constant adjustment.

Today I got in a really good ride at very good pace. With clear skies and a high of 76 I can't complain.

Today I was riding my bike when a bee flew up my shorts and stung me on the undercarriage. Three hours ago. It still hurts.

Today I discovered I had a front flat when I tried to leave for class this morning, and I left my patch kit at someone else's place. Walking sucks!

Swapped out my 35c tires for 28c Paselas. Nice and smooth. Don't know how I feel about the gumwalls with orange though.

If you had a tan seat and bar wrap they'd probably look better, but they're not bad as-is.

Today I woke up and was still feeling a bit ill, I took a shower, and went to my Doctor's appointment, got an X-Ray, and was told that I can walk and ride again, as long as it's comfortable! I am so excited! Then I went to my LBS, to get some rim strips, and spokes/nipples and everyone there seemed almost as stoked as I am to be walking again! Now I'm home, and about to take a short ride possibly, then hang out with my beautiful friend!

Edit: Oww, my seat post was too low, didn't go well with knee arthritis and a recovering broken hip(makes me sound really old), other than that and feeling a bit sick to my stomach and out of shape, it was good to be back, I hope it doesn't hurt tomorrow.

Today I went on another ride that ended up being about 28 miles round trip with massive cross/head winds on the way out... I think we only averaged about 12mph in that direction. We flew on the way back in, though. At our turn around point I decided to give my front tire a little air as it seemed to have a slow leak and ended up snapping the core (never had that happen before...). Luckily, both the guys I was with had spare tubes.

Today I had kind of a bad day. Swung by the shop this morning and built a few bikes but too many annoying looky-loo customers kept coming in and hovering over me while I was working so I left. Riding sucked because it was really windy. An Aerospoke and 25mph wind definitely aren't friendly with one another. Decided I really wanted some fried chicken but it was lunchtime and the line at Super Chicken was literally out the door. Settled for the Clif Bar in my bag (and wasn't happy about it). Went to the warehouse and told a bunch of homeless dudes who hang around out front and hassle everyone walking by to eat a bag of dicks and leave me alone. One of them got mouthy so I told him I would tear him apart with my bare hands and toss his pieces into the dumpster out back for his friends to eat if he didn't back off. He apologized. Went upstairs, got some stuff ready for the mail and decided to call it a day. Cranking up the hill from there to my house, there was such a ridiculous headwind that I literally had to get off my bike and walk. Blah.

I totally agree about the wind today, it was pretty nice out but the wind ruined it here. Today I led a pretty fun Happy Thursday bike ride, I rode my confused SS MTB beast, everyone got a kick out of it.

The wind was definitely murder today.

Today I nearly plowed into a family walking four abreast, blocking the entire road and I got the lashing because I put them at danger when they put their own stupid selves in danger by blocking the whole road.

Dear lord do I hate the week before easter.
