I have always pronounced it, and have never heard it pronounced otherwise, dura, like in "durable", ace, like ten, jack, queen, king, ace.

I always pronounce it like Nagrom does. Most folks I know do, also, besides this one dude I know who doesn't pronounce the "a" in Dura, so it sounds like Durace.
