Yheah same here. enough to function, not enough to do anything well.
|
Today I rode my bike. IT band getting better.
|
Sleeping is weird for me. I could get 3-4, and be totally alert and functioning during the day. 5-6, I'm off all day, and can't focus or do anything well. 7-8 is the same as 3/4, and I'm golden. My body is stoopit.
And today I am getting slightly stressed about this week. Lots of stuff to do, and its only Tuesday. Hate the ends of the semester. |

Hmm, I average 6 hours a night, perhaps thats why I always hate getting up in the morning.
As long as I don't have to get up until 7 or after, I usually do pretty well, no matter the time I went to bed. |
Today I am really stoked. After months of planning over beer, burritos, and mountains, My friend/business partner and I launched the San Francisco Cycling Club. This is gonna be rad. If you're feeling generous, follow us on twitter.

That looks amazin Jandro, congratulations.
Today I made the move to clipless with my M520's and Chrome shoes. Feels pretty cool. Need to adjust my cleats a bit better, though. I also need to run down to the lbs and grab a longer brake cable. Oh and the biggest news is that this is my last quarter at UC Davis and I'll be graduating hopefully this Spring, if not I'll have to wait until Summer. |

congrats! wish i could play constructive critiscism: you might want to specify what speed "fast" and "very fast" generally means, my slow is lightning speed to a lot of people that are just getting into riding diggin the logo and branding, subtle hint of rapha ps:i hope your friend jim has some legs of steel with that last name (i kid) |
Are any of you people dues paying members?

From what I hear from Jaytron, Jandro is a freaking beast.

+1 to the more description ride descriptions.
A mph pace, and the number of ft climbed are usually standard. Good on you guys, great page design, very clean. Digging the student discount too, good idea. |

Today I: went grocery shopping, wrote one presentation and about 80% of another for a work conference this weekend, painted my toenails, upgraded to Mountain Lion on my computer, and cleaned the kitchen.
All while home sick from work. (Really, I am sick and feel like crap. Not sure how I managed to be so productive.) Between being sick this week and out of town all next week, no bieks for two weeks. Sadface. |

I'd say he does. For those who don't Strava, he CRUSHED one of the hotly contested hill climbs in the Bay Area: Hawk Hill. The KOM hadn't been touched for over a year. He's won most of the races he's entered and won't be a Cat 4 for long (hell, he should be a Cat 3/2 at this point).

Today I got home from class, knocked out a 4 page paper that isn't due until Thursday, built up my schedule to register for next semesters classes tomorrow afternoon, then did my part in our source-research for a group project. I'm all productive on a Tuesday. Its weird. Also have an exam tomorrow, but theres really nothing I can study for because its an English class, and all short answer. Since its too cold to go ride, I guess its time to hit up Netflix.

Got a phone call from the doctor today about some tests I had done a couple weeks ago. I probably have hypothyroidism. Would explain a lot of things.
**** man. |
My day just got pretty ****ty.
|
Today I tried to teach people how to use filters in Excel because common sense is hard. Then I had to do item changes on about 20 items I just entered 2 weeks ago...which could have waited until now and could have been entered correctly the first time, but doing work twice is efficient! Now I have to finish up 30 sales reports before I leave. I'll be lucky to leave the office before the sun sets tonight.
Grumble, grumble grumble. Work sucks. |

Today I installed my rb 009s with bar end levers and fizik tape. That tape was a pain to install but totally worth it.
|
Did you get the tape from Aaron? I went there today at like.. 3:00 to get some brake cable but his shop was closed. :/

I actually got it at wheelworks because I was trying to get some inexpensive reverse brake levers. Probably the last time I shop there. The employee helping me was a bit rude because I asked for inexpensive levers. Said they didn't have anything "fixie friendly" ;)
I had to ride over to Freewheeler (near starbucks) to get my brake cable. came out to $5.15, not bad. |
