If you don't like it you can always turn it into a stripper pole.

I love Cannondale.

I give you 3 months before you break, and get it.

SS_Giant 04-29-13 12:31 AM

spent the majority of my afternoon editing a little video for a friend of mine, and I think it came out quite well.

Also saw Place Beyond The Pines, which was pretty sweet. plan on a ride tomorrow after schooling meets its end

No room here.

...but we are looking for houses...

seau grateau 04-29-13 12:58 AM

Today I finished a long weekend of partying at the Renaissance Faire. Missed the jousting, but I did get to hear plenty of ye olde dick jokes.

Mumonkan 04-29-13 06:19 AM

its like a caad10 that banged a mtb

annoys me that companies dont sell framesets

i dont want your weird mix of crappy components, i want to make my own bad decisions

misskaz 04-29-13 07:50 AM

As of today my house is officially on the market. I really hope it sells quickly!

no. the prospect of breaking 35 on a fixed gear MTB is downright silly. why would anyone gear a SS MTB to break 25, much less 35?

Takagi Tourney or Shimano Tourney?

2 sides to the same coin, my friends...

edit: P.S. Today I...: almost ran over a Sherman's fox squirrel (very endangered subspecies of the fox squirrel) @~22mph. probably would have wrecked us both pretty good

hairnet 04-29-13 04:51 PM

My right knee is acting up again and I hurt my right ankle. This is really discouraging, I can't do anything. I feel like I really ****ed up this time.

Nagrom_ 04-29-13 04:54 PM

Weight lifting final today. Hit 670 1x12 on the leg press sled.

Coulda hit 700.

Mumonkan 04-29-13 04:56 PM

Sled kinda sucks imo, i always preferred squats

i feel like the sled isnt accurate, always feels easier than xxx lbs

Nagrom_ 04-29-13 05:21 PM

Sled is equivalent to 0.71 of squat (assuming perfect technique) . It's on a 45° angle.

So yeah, it's should feel easier. It's a completely different lift.

Point4ska 04-29-13 05:26 PM

Today I picked up the bike from the LBS after finally cutting the steerer. Was an amazing ride home, if only it was more than 10 miles.

Dannihilator 04-29-13 05:27 PM

Today I had a fun street ride in the rain and ordered the makings of a new rear wheel.

I wanna feel like macho man when i lift, ready to burst through my own skin

Then lift more.

cali_axela 04-29-13 05:49 PM

Today I can barely walk, after stupid amounts of climbing fixed on Saturday. I think I'm finally ready to tackle a metric century fixed, without avoiding big hills, as soon as I recover.

Dannihilator 04-29-13 05:52 PM

Yesterday's ride destroyed me, still feel destroyed from it.

Pretty much why I couldn't/wouldn't brag about maxing 900 something pounds on the leg press. If I could do that as a squat or deadlift ****

I used nitrous oxide drink mix several times when I used to lift. hulk out

Nagrom_ 04-29-13 06:11 PM

I'd brag. Lol.

calv 04-29-13 06:36 PM

Morgan, I been meaning to ask you, did you kick the dude who stole you Kilo's ass?

Nagrom_ 04-29-13 06:37 PM

Kind of a sucker punch, but yeah.
