Nice.
Today I mainly rode the dmr, but put in a couple of miles on the 930 in order to try out the new shoes.

Today I rode a solid 35 miles with Muffin Man. Got a little lost, but oh well.
He also bought my brake set which was cool. We set it up with length of Yokozuna Reaction, and I gave him a set of Swiss Stop Greens. His brakes work, he showed me. <____<
His sudden braking = me skidding GP4KS's >______> sunuva*****
Had a little sprinting match at Alameda Naval Air.
Ate McD's.
He also was my backup for a CL deal. Sold the Kilo wheelset for a bill.
Today was a good day.

But the Festive 500 is next year as well! Maybe I'll actually take a rest day once I'm over the 500km instead of going for a 'bonus' ride on new years eve day. :|

The brake works guis. It works really well.
Today, I dropped a car at the bus station and rode 7 mi back home. 19 deg F when I left; 11 by the time I got back.
Two days into the new year, two days involving bike riding. Made chocolate cupcakes and coconut milk ice cream with blueberries, toasted almonds, and chocolate chips. 2013 is a good year so far.

I know the club that sets this up. I hear they're looking for strong riders to join their ranks.
You gonna do any of the Early Bird Crit Training Series events in Fremont?

Today I found out that it's going to be 44 degrees C out (111.8ish degrees F) tomorrow, guess i'll be watching tv inside all day after I finish work at 11 in the morning...
finalized my 2013 master plan
sell my fixie
acquire raleigh rx 1.0
transfer sram parts to my roadie, 105 parts to the raleigh. for multiple reasons (crankset match, 105 stuff is beat up/more durable, sram is lighter)
acquire new wheels
look cool, maybe win a road race. blame sram if i don't. race cyclocross and have fun

stock disc wheels add like a pound, but as far as resale value and future component compatibility are concerned, disc is the way to go for cross

So my Park PRS-20 came today.
Holy **** is that a nice stand. Weighs like 30 pounds, and the only plastic is the knobs. Pretty impressed.
