It just arrived last week and I've only put about 60 miles or so on it but it fits me perfectly (as custom frames should) and I am incredibly pleased with it. The Dedacciai Fire 7003-AL tubeset is incredibly stiff without being harsh like a lot of lower-grade aluminum frames and actually rides a lot more like a steel frame when it comes to road vibrations and whatnot. I have a feeling you're not seeing too many of them around because they are - for the most part - custom made in Italy. The ones available here in the states (distributed by Leader) are still pretty nice but they're nowhere near being the same frames. I see that you sell standard size Gara's online. Are these the ones that are distributed by Leader? My local shop has one on the wall, brand new (not my size though), so I will have to ask them if theirs is from Leader. What is the primary difference then, just the tubing used? Are there details about the ones distributed by Leader that would make them sub-par compared to other aluminum frames in that price range? |

Scrod, my brake calipers (Tektro R720) no longer fit my rim. I've had my bike for close to a year now and never had an issue. I went to install the front wheel after driving to meet up with some friends and once I got there, I couldn't fit the freaking wheel in.
Any ideas about what happened or how to fix it? |
I'm not sure I know what you mean. I'm no physicist but I'm assuming the calipers didn't shrink and the rims didn't expand so you shouldn't be having any problems.
Did you undo the quick release on the caliper when installing your wheel? |

Try loosening the adjustment screw AT THE CALIPER to free up the brake cable and see if the caliper expands some for you. hey scrod i know you dont eff around and i can definatly tell that you dont settle for sub par parts but out of curiousity, how come you dont use leaders s805 carbon fork? is it a bummer or something?

The ones readily available here in the US are batch-made in Taiwan of more commonly-used different tubing and distributed by Leader. They're not "sub-par" by any means - but they're not the same as the Dodici frames from Italy. |

having trouble finding this, is there something used when having both brake levers used for just the front brake? or do I just guide both cables to the caliper?

I shipped my Kagero on July 12 to a guy in Puerto Rico. It has an "Estimated Delivery" of July 27. The last time the tracking was updated was when it left the sort facility in Warrendale, PA on July 13. Is it time to get worried yet? |

It was USPS(Parcel Post). I know their tracking isn't particularly reliable, but generally doesn't go 5 days with no updates.
