Shipping to Puerto Rico usually gets delayed by a few days and all it takes is one missed scan to make it seem like your package stopped moving.

What tools do I need to install/remove a set of 75's and a protype bb (sorry if this is a derp question I've never used a square taper crank or bb)

To remove the 75s follow these steps, except use a pin spanner instead of a pair of pliers. That guy was being stupid trying to save $8.

Good luck getting the fixed cup off. Sometimes they're easy and sometimes you need a huge cheater bar or impact tool.

-Park CCP-22
-15 mm socket wrench
-Spin doctor cartidge bb tool

Is that all?

My 75s came with M8 bolts and not 15mm bolts, so you would need a M8 hex instead. You'll also need a larger adjustable wrench or 1/2" driver to use the Spin Doctor BB tool.

If you're just installing/removing the 75s/Protype that should be all you need.

My fork is 1" and my stem is 1 1/8" and my top cap is 1 1/8", so should I use 1 1/8th spacers or 1".

I know this may be more than you asked for but I'm going into full detail just in case anyone else may be wondering too:

To use a 1 1/8" stem on a 1" steerer you will need a 1" to 1 1/8" shim and a 1 1/8" top cap. If you plan on using a spacer on top of the stem, that needs to be 1 1/8" as well. Any spacers below the stem must be 1".

I was going to suggest FSA K-Wings, but after riding with them for a couple weeks I've found that the flats seem just a little too wide(deep) for my taste. And I don't have baby mitts, either. I might need to go with a thinner tape to compensate.

i know saddle questions are kind of useless, but what saddle would be comfy when not wearing bibs or padded shorts? am i forced to buy a brooks? the fixed gear has been my town cruiser lately and it sucks to put on my bibs when i just wanna cruise around.

I find the same saddles comfy without bib as I do with bibs. To me, it's a sign that the saddle is a good fit.

Yeah, same here. The only thing the chamois does for me (besides flatter my wonderful glutes) is extend the comfort and delay the discomfort. If a saddle doesn't work for me, it's not gonna work, padding or no padding.
