You have a bike now, right? If it fits you, measure the top tube and pick the size closest to that.
If your current bike doesn't fit, use a fit calculator.

Scrod,
Would you rather take a shot of sriracha sauce or a shot of everclear?

in all seriousness, i dont know how everclear could ever be consumed without dying
i have a bottle of it for making wet collodion for photography, and the alternative is denatured alchohol from the paint removal section at the hardware store.
also: steve-o did this with wine and its the reason his father refuses to talk to him

Built up my French 75 yesterday and noticed that when I turn the bars there's a squeaky noise coming from the headset. What say you? It turns freely, So I don't think it's too tight. To be more specific it sounds like a rubbing squeak, if I was naming the sound it would be "squeaky clean".

What headset is it? There may either be a plastic or rubber seal that is installed upside down or the headset is just a little bit too tight.

The difference in weight is minimal and stiffness will be about the same. I would probably go 2X on the front and 3X on the rear just because.

Dude, I'm so proud of myself right now. Totally got that headset to work, so you don't need to look for a microspacer.
I used one of those clear plastic shims that you use when installing a BB30 crank. Slapped that ***** underneath the dustcap. Voilą. I eventually want the real deal, but this will work for the time being, until my shop gets it together.

Heya Scrod...long time reader ...first time asker......
So My off the rack paddy wagon came with some kind of (most likely) low end loose ball BB. i've swapped out the wheels to a velocity set with sealed bearings, and now the BB is the only crappy loose ball component left. After 1500 k's it still feels OK, but I'd be happier with a sealed unit. Question is, (A) is it worth buying a higher end more exxy one or just settling for a basic 20 odd $ one and replacing it more frequently as time dictates. (B) I know this is a bit of a "how long is a piece of string" Q, but what sort of life should I expect out of a sealed unit that doesn't really see much wet use other than when i get caught out unexpectedly?
Cheers
