Just picked up one of these for my dad's Miyata. And yes it has dropbars, but at the height they're at now, he only ever rides the hoods.

i have a positive rise stem for my drops, but there's no spacers underneath it so it's like a level stem above spacers only with added stiffness, did the same with horns too.

I never like seeing bullhorns level with a saddle, or angled up really, but if you're comfortable, do your thing.

Looks weird, but if its comfortable. Why hate!
