Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? The bars are from another bike and need new tape. I have the fit just about dialed in and the saddle is breaking in nicely. This is my long distance ride so, yes, the garmin is needed for navigation. I've done 200, 300, and double centuries fixed. This year my goal is to do an SR series fixed.

Lol
They aren't track drops, though they do photograph that way.
The curve isn't as dramatic in real life.

In the beginning I was thinking about that but felt it would be too much black. Going for a classy modern build.

You know these cranks are the bees knees so they ain't goin no where. I like constructive criticism, what do you think it needs other then black cranks?

Thanks st-rider

@Nag, yea I think I read somewhere that it was supposed to be a certain way but I remembered right after I finished the build and said **** it. I hope it doesn't explode and kill me.

It's not that difficult to flip. I don't think they would make an asymmetrical chain if they didn't intend for it to be installed a certain way.

Seems more pronounced on the 710 vs the 710SL (which I think flipped chain guy has).

Aside from the 710SL having holes in the center, the plates are exactly the same shape on both.

Either black cranks, or silver everything else.
It looks really nice anyways.
