In the spirit of no helmets, just about every person that I passed today wasn't wearing one. They were also old people on comfort bikes. I was wearing my helmet though because it's pretty nifty.
Also, someone needs to make a jackass tumblr that allows submissions. |

today, i watched my daughter walk into her kindergarten classroom.
i rode the crux around with the special lady friend. i ate a tasty hamburger. i took some pics of the caad. i am kinda bored. |

Cat4. I know I would get approved for an upgrade but I didn't see a point this late in the season for the "benefits", and then I would have had to have raced open. That's a pretty sick 200 time. I've gotten mine to the low 13's, but to my defense, we have a really bumpy and slow track.
Oh, and today I took second in the points race and third in the 3k pursuit/TT. I won gold in the omnium. I pretty much die in the mass start races. There are too many enduro guys that drive the pace up too high and I get burnt out before the sprint :( |
