Yesterday I relapsed... 1998 Cannondale R4000 Full Dura Ace, Sella Italia Ti Flight, $200.00 are you kidding me? There is no way I could pass it up right? It was missing the orignal seat post, stem, and originally came with REV X's. I guess I will always have a soft spot in my heart for the old Cannondales.

I'm a pretty easy going guy, and I don't think I've ever been that mad before. I followed her into a parking lot and verbally berated her for a moment. It was a faculty lot, so she must teach something here, but being a grad student puts me almost at her level. Its gross enough smelling it when walking by people, but getting a butt thrown in your face is pretty awful.

Haha, he has become a good friend, not to mention he lets me walk in use their stands and tools, the shop also gives me discounts on everything. I figured the beer I had been bringing probably wasnt enough, so I would pass on a good deal to him.

Today I turned on Strava so I could Cat 6 my ride home from work. Got home -- no segments. Hell yeah I was mad.

Mumonkan 10-03-13 04:09 AM

seau grateau 10-03-13 04:12 AM

Then I can have...all the KoMs?

richpool 10-03-13 07:51 AM

Got some new tires thanks to my "race team discount" at the shop. Really been wanting to give these Clement X'plor USH's a shot and see how they hold up. I hope pretty well they are 120 tpi with bead to bead kevlar protection.

Today I tried to explain Terry Richardson's photography style to a bunch of facebook friends that said his work looks like it was taken with an instant camera. I don't think I made any progress.

Dannihilator 10-03-13 08:57 PM

Today I got almost all of the floor completed. Just a bit left laid down in the closet and the rest of the trim and that's done. Also am healed up enough to be back on the rigid.

Today I hit the goal of 4000 miles I had set for myself for the year. Not too shabby and I still have a little under 3 months to go.

Mumonkan 10-04-13 07:35 AM

meh, im not fond of terrys style and other than that all hes just all boobs

everyone copied his look so its old now

richpool 10-04-13 10:02 AM

Today I realized that the Crux might not ever never sell. Why is it the second you cross the $1000.00 line on craigslist or ebay offers just stop? I thought asking $1300 was more then fair and not even a nibble. Am I wrong here? The other problem is im starting to really really enjoy it and the fit issues are much less noticeable then I anticipated. I guess I might be ending up with a Crux and a Jake the Snake.

Nagrom_ 10-04-13 10:49 AM

Today the caad is in one piece. The front is setup tubeless, but the rear has a tube cause the bead had some pretty gnarly kinks that need to get shaped out.

seau grateau 10-04-13 02:33 PM

Sounds like it was worth the trouble.
