That's so rad. Keep doing those rides for as long as possible.

You're only selling the frame aren't you? Maybe you should break it down before you post it to avoid silly questions. People are looking at it thinking they are looking at thinking it is a $250 bike.

It has the competing interests of capitalism without the institutional controls of a rational market? People selling and buying from Craigslist often don't have any interest in buying or selling from those individuals again and unlike e-bay there isn't any karma rating to insure good faith.

edit: derp, what I meant was, people are idiots.

The worst part of craigslist is just dealing with all the people who flake out, last time I tried to sell my leader I had like twenty offers but not a single one showed up in person or the " I see you are asking 350, would you take 125? " types.

The trades. The ****ing trades.

When I was selling the bat bike, I got offered so many trades.
"I see you're asking $2500, but will you take 700 bucks, a macbook pro, a half O of bammer shake, and an over the pants handy?"

So annoying.

Best over the pantsie ever though.

You got ripped off, there is a pro around here who offered a Co worker a blowie for an egg mcmuffin from McDonalds.

I like the people who ask for pics, despite the pictures from every angle that are integrated into the ad that they replied to.

Also the guy who wanted to trade me a longboard for my Leader.

I would assume so. That seems to be Craiglist's standard currency.

The current exchange rate is 3.47 blowies for 1 Kilo TT.

That's way too much for a Kilo TT.

A longboard? That's like that scene in Half Baked when Chappelle takes money from the panhandler.

I would have given him a fake number and had him meet me in a seedy part of town, at which point I would then hit the recline button and throw on some Netflix for the rest of the night.
