I'll have to try out those toe warmer things, might just double sock it to see if that works since I hate spending money on riding bikes.

Last night after some heavy drinking, me and the roommate decided to learn how to do bar spins since we both have risers currently and well, I landed one and he landed like five but we had a bigger failure rate than success, then today I took the MTB out to find some trails around the house and came up empty. Oh well.

today I broke the chain on the caad10 and consequently, took the end of some ritchey classic bars to the knee.

Ain't much to be had but if you're desperate and don't wanna go to forest park...

Layering socks also cuts off circulation which will actually make you colder.

Today my water bottle froze on my commute, I spit the water out because I thought there was bugs in my water. It was also 530 and pitch black

My usual circle of friends is in Vegas this weekend (I hate having older friends (3 more months chyea)), so I caught up with a buddy from high school over a bottle of Kraken.

It was cool.

Ordered some Under Armour cold gear shirts, some Nike neck/face warmers and some windproof gloves from Performance Bike. Riding after work is getting cold now on SoCal.

Today I actually reached my mileage goal for the year. Not bad considering I missed 3 1/2 months.

7,000 miles. Mileage goal was lower this year than previous years due to more mtb goals.
