Today I went motobiking with my pops for several hours. What a thrill! It's good to have all that stick shift and mtb experience.

Haha, we probably would. I love scotch's mainly peated ones, cognacs, some rums, and mostly bourbon. Only because bourbon still tends to be really affordable for what they are.
I have tried Jura Superstition and liking it quite a bit. But never had a bottle for myself nor their other products.
My shop sells the Brooklyn one atm, but Im not willing to spend 70 bucks for it because it just seems a bit too gimmicky.

Stayed home sick today. Tried denying that I had a cold for the last few days but last night it got the best of me, and I left work early due to feeling like garbage. Rode 7.7 miles home in an absolute blizzard on a heavy fat bike and ended up pushing it the last mile because it was a foot deep and the plows were nowhere in sight. Was eyeballing my bikes earlier wondering when I will be riding them, sweating because of the 99% humidity.....cannot.....wait.

This is exactly why I also haven't tried it. I've had many bottles of Superstition, but tend toward Speyside bottles. Now I realize that I need to go buy a bottle of something.

Are you smoking crack? Americans aren't "work obsessed". We are "stuff obsessed". We want everything for cheap. We are obsessed with god bless the USA or "we will put a boot in yer ass", but don't think twice about dropping a paycheck on disposable Chinese made stuff at Wal-Mart. We have become a big image, with nothing to back it up, besides the past when we actually did work hard. We are spoiled, crybabies, still clinging to the "if I work hard I can make it or maybe become rich" , 1950s mentality that rich people still try to feed the rest of us, so that we keep the wheels turning, so they can stay rich. Joe Punchclock will ***** and complain about gas prices, but still drive the biggest vehicle he can afford. Happy as long as he can still afford a 12 pack and cable tv, so he can occuppy himself with sports. And don't you DARE try and make his 'Merica anything like Europe! This rant seems to be undercutting itself. You seem to equate acquisitiveness with laziness. If anything the opposite correlation holds. American's do want stuff. They also have the least amount of paid vacation of any industrialized nation and they are the least likely to take vacation if offered it. It is true that their productivity is middle of the road but American's either feel compelled or actively want to be at work more than any other first world nation. This isn't a defense or even praise of Americans but just statistics that to me fly in the face of the characterization of Americans as lazy. "Ugly" yes; lazy no.
Ok. There are bazillions of examples of American Lazyness. But, like I said, I'm done. I don't wanna "argue" about it, or anything.

I ride SS and I've always seen the 'hoods' as a compromised ergonomic hand position for both handlebar grip and braking. Whereas with bullhorns allow you to fully grip the bars and more effectively squeeze the brake lever(s). I actually like the look of modern compact drops w/levers better than bullhorns and bar end levers.
