Picked up a set of brand new Ultegra carbon pedals for less than the price of 105. Now deciding if I want to use these, or sell them...

Today(yesterday) I rode my first century to the Shiner Brewery. 48x16. All in all it was fairly easy until the last 20 miles. Only noticed one other rider on SS/FG. Fuji proved to be very comfortable throughout the whole ride. Post ride pic!

Today, I put on my disposible latex gloves...

TejanoTrackie 04-26-15 08:36 AM

...and glued a tubular tire on my vintage Ron Cooper road bike. :)

Can't get my maguras to work. Ugh.

Volunteered as a course marshal at the Red Hook Crit last night, good time. Also went to the Brooklyn Hot Sauce EXPO yesterday.

today i did some recovery riding for an hr and a half testing out the time mtb pedals and giro shoes i won on ebay

got clicking into the pedals figured out, and aparently ive been riding with road shoes a size too big for the last 3 years

road some offroad, flatted in the last 6ft of trail

need more offroad-centric bikes.

Today I had a low speed crash because I was being inattentive. I always ride with gloves, forgot them this time, and of course skinned my hand pretty good. Not my best day.

Rode a tough trail today with a good amount of hike-a-bike sections. Made for some sweet descending though.

Sweet Gum seed pods. You can chew on the sap from the trunk as a natural gum. I keep meaning to try that and forgetting.

franswa: I'm working in town but will be living in the woods nearby.

Rode dirt bike with my dad again today. After a while I got to try his 450. Now that's a bike.

Leukybear 04-26-15 05:42 PM

Today I busted my knuckles twice helping my friend on his chevelle. It's cars like this that you just want to fill a pool with penetrating fluid and push it right in.

Got a 96 tracker I'm picking up Wednesday.

Now I'm looking for a 2.0L gti engine to put in it.

Gracias. Not sure why it took me this long to stick gumwall tires on it.
