saw an mb1 locked up at school. Of course it was only via a cable lock through the front wheel. GAH. Thought about leaving a note saying I'd buy it from them.

Got all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled today. Pharmacy didn't get the scrip for my pain meds, went for 3 hours after the anesthesia wore off before I was able to pick up medication. I almost puked from the pain.

This made me laugh, then it made me think i have to try the hoisin mayo.

I am working in Oahu this week and I just had some spicy poke which taste just like it has sriracha mayo in it, delicious.

I feel you pain, or i will feel your pain. I am scheduled to have a wisdom tooth pulled this monday. Fortunately it is only one. I can't imagine all four at once. Hope you feel better.

I had laughing gas along with local anesthesia, so the actual process of removing the teeth was very painless and quite enjoyable actually. They let me listen to music during the procedure, so along with the laughing gas, it was just like a nice high with someone poking at your face.

The part where I messed up was not picking up my pain meds beforehand. Apparently the pharmacy didn't get the order, and when I tried to call the dentist's office, they had gone on lunch. When the dentist's office came back from lunch, the pharmacy was taking their lunch. All my fault, and I can't be mad at anymore by myself, but dear god did that hurt.

That's friggin useless. I had two root canals done, which is far less painful than wisdom tooth extractions, and I got hydrocodone. Either your dentist is an idiot or you are a hardcore masochist.

I did take some ibuprofen before I got the prescription.

I didn't really know what I was prescribed until just now. I was in tears from the pain and barely able to function when I first took them and it helped with the pain. Now that I've woken up, I actually looked at what I took, and realized that this is what it is. It worked, so I guess its ok???

Edit: The bottle cost $16, so its whatever. The worst of the pain is past I think.

It's amazing how differently people handle wisdom teeth being removed. I had a friend who could barely move on their couch for two days doped out of their skull. When I had mine out I ate a sandwich and played lacrosse the same night with no issues. #blessed

It may also have to do with the position and size of the root in relation to the nerve. The regular dentist wouldn't pull mine. Something about it being to close to the nerve and possibly causing a lot of pain. He referred me to an oral surgeon.

Today I am bracing for a possible tsunami hitting Hawaii from an earthquake in Chile. Supposed to be here at 3 am.

For $16, you didn't get acetaminophen. It is a combination, either Tylenol with Codeine or Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen (Norco, Vicodin). Double check your bottle.

Truth. I know people who had four yanked, took an aspirin, and went to work the next day. Crazy.

I've had a few broken bones over the years, some rods inserted, plates, straps and screws, and they are no big deal to me. Just a mild ache while they heal. But when I had my wisdom teeth out I was in agony. I was on mega opiates for three weeks before the pain finally subsided. I was useless and couldn't concentrate because the pain was so distracting.
