went to the LBS to get my wheels trued

ended up buying wide-as-heck risers, MASH 2015 (and the rest of the internet) made me do it.

Just make sure you grip them near the stem.

Would you use a parachute if the failure rate was 50%?

First ride on the road (been riding the trainer) since I decided to quit pedaling going downhill at 26 mph two weeks ago. BTW this was not one of my better ideas! Got in 60 miles of roller hills on the fg bike-had to get back on the horse so to speak. Last couple of hours of the ride was a bit gritty. Off to the doc to get stitches removed from the elbow. I think it will feel better with the stitches out.

Alcohol is liquid calories.

Came up hard at a tent sale today, grabbed a Burton snowboard jacket for 50 bucks since my rain jacket last year got a rip in it during a crash.

Time to go shoulder tap people in the parking lot then, they'll take pity once they see that face.
