There's two in the car. One descends, then the other picks them up and drives them back up. Then the other goes.

My rear knog fell off today somehow when biking so there goes fifty bucks and got a decent 20 in, with a good 6 mile stretch at 22mph.

We had a spot when we were kids, but a housing development has gone up there

Today I did 48.5 miles and now I'm going to drink and lay in the pool the rest of the day.

today i put the hammer down real hard for half my ride, then i decided to go up the 3 biggest climbs im aware of on the island.

total elevation 1000 ft, lol.

if i was on my leader for the first half of my ride i wouldve been averaging 25mph

tomorrow i plan to do my first drive to ride excursion and do some gravel grinding for around 60 miles

Today I got in 70 on the cervelo.
Got a tad warm today, also.

Biked out to boring, OR because I was bored. About a 50mile round trip and averaged 17mph, then got back into town and went straight into the river, amazing doesn't even begim to.describe that feeling.
