Just spent way too much money on bikes. Bought a 2016 Giant TCR Advanced SL 2 of the interwebs for a great price. Also pre-ordered the 2017 Giant Defy Advanced Pro 1. CAAD10 is going on the market soon, Dolan was sold. Upgrading the stable.

Bikes: Felt TK2, Felt Z5

Today I decided that it is new chain/chainring/cog time for the Felt. Jaws would be jealous of how shark toothed that ring is. Damn it is pretty bad. Hoping to get the same ring on Q but I will have to check.

Today I also got my second nice check from the bike shop. Going to cash both tomorrow for the new tires for the car fund.

Today I also started considering not delivery for Jimmy John's anymore. Delivery fee is now a flat rate $2 regardless of the size of the delivery. That is going to seriously kill my tips. #9 and up are now like $9 delivered. Since we are located across the street from a large university I think this will not go over well with the students. We were busy today but if it starts dying down or my tips take a huge hit, I am probably out the door. Riding a mile to deliver for a 14 cent tip isn't worth it. The drivers see no part of that delivery fee and I think that a lot of customers think we get that.

I'm guessing they measure the seat tube C-T, because the bigger ones don't look very tall.

New tires for the road bike arrived, so I pulled off the stock Conti Ultra Sports and threw them on my old beater fixed wheelset. Now I can go out and do dope skids on them and save my nice wheels/tires for the track.

Alright, maybe a good price not great price. $2200 [orig msrp $4100], the owner had it 3 months (no damage), ISP isn't cut too short for me.

I almost bought this yesterday for $40. I was begging the girl to hold it until I got out of work. Then in the afternoon, she called to say that she was selling it to her cousin.

It looks like it was a corporate wide move? Some of the stores are franchise owned and some are corporate. I guess that the franchise stores can do what they want as far as the delivery fee goes. Corporate comes from Jimmy himself. It just seems like a huge delivery fee for one sandwich, and we do several of those deliveries in a lunch shift. He is actually a murderer with the whole big game thing. I don't get involved. I don't hunt, I don't get involved in political stuff, I just deliver the sandwiches for tips.

That wheels bearing press is so nice to use. We just got a set at work, and press fit is great now.
