Today I did 50 miles. When I got to my door and checked Strava it said 49.4, so I had to get back on the bike and go around the neighborhood a bit to make it legit.

Today I went on my weekly grocery shopping trip on my bicycle. Made it home with minimal damage to the sensitive/delicate food items. It can be done!

Laid dibs on those Gators already.
Today I put the matching wheelset back on the Felt so it looks totally fixie foo again. On a different bike, these would look sweet, but on this bike it is a bit of overkill matchy matchy. Really wish I could find them in black.

Today I: preordered my '18 subaru STI
Thanks to the subaru forums and their insiders, I was done in under 30 minutes for under sticker with extra goodies thrown in.
The look of despair on their faces when I offered their exact dealer invoice amount to start off negotiations was priceless.
It definitely hurts the dealer's margin when you're an educated buyer with the exact same information they have.

Today.. I was supposed to go on a 55mile ride but I got so f-cking wiped out from 5k of climbing within the first 20 miles on rutty fire roads that I gave up.
Brought the wrong bike with wrong gearing as well which certainly didn't help the situation. Really frustrating to say the least.

IMO the additional front bumper accenting helps complete the look on the outside. I wish they didn't incorporate fogs into the headlight assemblies themselves and left them outside toward the bottom extremities of the bumper though.
They focused most of their efforts on the interior/ noise reduction/ suspension from early reviews with this mid-generation refresh.
I just received an email from Subaru of America giving an ETA for the last week of September. I guess that's what happens when they make them in Japan and ship them over here on boat.

Sweet! The wait will go a lot faster than you think.
I am curious what the forums / insiders shared with you to get such a smashing deal..

Today I am passing on the GatorSkins.
Today I made some changes to my TK2:
Removed - Cinelli Pepper risers, Felt 100mm stem
Added - Zipp Vuka aero bars, FSA SL-K 90mm stem, Cygolite HotShot Pro 150, front brake
Already hate how it looks with a brake but my ability to skid or skip stop is pretty damn poor so I need something. Partially has to do with my lack of actually knowing how to skid and the fact that I run a pretty big gear for daily street riding.

Did you ask around for an Ambassador coupon on the forums?
