Big sale at the LBS. Got my daughter a new helmet for $20 and a few other items, but these socks are my new favorites. Super comfy merino wool and look rad.

Helmet barely fits in the helmet storage area. Area for wet/dirty clothes is not vented and so the stuff is going to stink in after half a day in the hot car. Shoulder strap doesn't detach. Feels cheaply made and lined with some kind of foil which looks more suited to keeping your lunch warm.

Ogio is hyped. I don't get it. Over rated IMO.

So yeah, sending it back.

Must be Sending Stuff Back day. I'm returning this LG jersey I bought -- tried it on and it's butt.

I'm jealous for those socks.

Cycling has this effect, not age. Embrace the fact that your hobby/sport of choice enables random, silly sock purchases.

Though I'd settle for some Neil De Grasse Tyson socks.

I think that, with the other thread about them, we'll have to rename the site Bike Socks Forum.

I only wear swiftwick sevens in either black or white now. They're so comfy I don't want to wear anything else.
